Charged as per the instructions, tried to turn on as per the instructions, does not work! You sent me 2 other vape pens as a free gift(not twisties) and only one works. My wife vape pen does not work as well. Are we doing something incorrect!?!?

Great pen!! I love that you can set the voltage, but if the voltage is set to low it does not burn all the THC in the cartridges, besides that the pen keep it’s charge pretty well and can go for a few days without being charged depending of how much you use it of course.

* I should note it didn’t charge the first day or two, almost had to contact company for replacement, luckily day 3 it worked !
Pros- price, ease of use, compatible with several cartridge brands, I like that the button lights up ( for use in the dark!)
– customer service, shipped in a few days with a freebie ( sweet Jane cookies which were amazing!)
Cons- I can’t really think of any besides the fact it didn’t work for the first two days. Hated using it with the honey gold extracts 999 cartridge as it was harsh, had me coughing with basically no other effects
Look forward to trying other cartridge brands if anyone can recommend a brand cartridge that stays true to its strain I’m open to suggestions!
