- Add 2tsp (10g) of salt to 4 cups (1L) of water and bring to the boil
- Add the pasta noodles to the boiling water, cover and cook for 7 -8 mins
- Remove pasta from heat and strain ( but do not rinse)
- Return pasta to the pan and add 1/4 cup of water and contents of sauce packet and stir until smooth
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
